The main activity of LLP “Collection Agency M.B.A. Finance” (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is the recovery of overdue debt. In its operations, we fully comply with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Collection Activities,” and other regulatory legal acts. The Agency is included in the register of collection agencies with registration number No. 05.K.17.003 dated October 12, 2017.
